change of plans--NO DC.

Alright, so this past weekend was the first time I got to talk to my husband! It was so good to hear that he isn't falling apart and is enjoying the miserable challenge (and doing quite well!). But he brought change and drastic at that. He informed me the military is not for the newly married and that his heart was in Texas. Since he has completed his four week contract he is going to be reimbursed for his time and travel, and will be coming back to Texas this or next week! With all of that said, I feel relieved for he is coming home....and shocked for that means we are staying here!

How does this affect future photography dates? First, if you booked a wedding with me you no long need to pay for a plane ticket! Contact me and we will re-negotiate the contract agreements. And that also means less complication for everyone! YAY!! haha

And here are some photos from my 25th BIRTHDAY! I feel so old! My mom came up for the day and spent it with me :). We also got this amazing cake from McKay's Bakery, YUM. It was already pre-made and we were tickled to see the label of "chocolate swirl cheesecake" in front of this beauty! Just check out the bottom photos and you will see this is not chocolate, swirl or anything cheesecake! However, it was a delicious surprise.

Also, check out the smoke of what 25 candles puts off! YIKES haha

thanks for commenting! your pics are good and I like your logo too! To answer your question, I actually designed mine myself...I didn't think it was super original because everyone uses their name & initials in the photo biz it seems. I love lauren's work, don't you? She has inspired me a lot and I learned a ton from her at love affair in feb.

The cake was a work of art wasn't it? Which is what we're both more into than eating it anyway! LOL And in my opinion, you are a masterpiece yourself, at the YOUNG age of 25! Hugs :0)
