brittany | new second shoot!
Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 10:28AM Yesterday, Brittany and I went and took photos of each other to update our blog! YAY. The weather was perfect, blue skies and easy breezes. Also, Brittany took a couple shots of Brad, me and Winston for our Christmas Card! More photos of those cards to come once they are all finished and looking beautiful.
Brittany is my new second shooter for weddings next season! She helped me out at Jamie and Darren's wedding and I cannot wait to do more with her. She is a sophomore at Abilene Christian University and is studying photography/graphic design. During our mini-fun shoot, I hogged the camera most of the time, that's why there are more pics of her :) (plus, do not to forget, I am queen at being painfully awkward in front of the camera!!)

Life has been so sweet recently, mainly because I am caught up on editing ALL WEDDINGS and SESSIONS!!!!!!! Like with these photos, I've been able to experiment, play around in photoshop, and make so many new fun textures! It's like photography's new all over again.
My goal for the next two weeks, is to burn a million cd's, package, and mail everything. Then make an album every day AND stay up to date with my sessions as they come. YES or YES. Oh and pack. Did I mention we are moving????
It's official! We are moving to Ft. Worth!!!! More on that later :)

So love that Brittany! I love the black and white of her with the suitcase and hat. Fits her personality well! If I dind't know her I would pick the one of her with both hands up - so pretty!

YAY!!! Did Bradley get a job?? Are you looking at apartments? I'm so jealous-you'll be close to Ashley and Amy...no fair! Well, you'll be closer to an airport so maybe you can come visit me here for a random mountain photoshoot! Did I tell you Jud changed his major to Security so no more Peace Corps? We have some catching up to do dear!

moving? how exciting! jeff and i just did our first big move to our new home - it's a lot of work but totally worth it!!! and wow, great job Brittany! Erin that black and white one of you is just stunning, but I love them all! I think my fav of Brittany is the last shot. keep up the amazing work and love the textures too - i have gotten so many amazing compliments on our wedding photos so far - everyone around here loves your vintage style :) can't wait to see the rest!
Stunning pictures as always! I would have to agree with Carrie that the pic of Brittany w the luggage wearing the hat is my favorite. I am also in love with that dress you are wearing! Congrats on the move! Being a girl from the Dallas area, I know how much fun the metroplex can be!
YAY!! my fave of brittany is the one near the middle with your logo in the top-right corner...sweetness... i love the bottom right one of you...which reminded me, I don't think I ever dropped your cd in the mail from florida!! am i behind..yes. but only two sessions behind! Anyway...i'll get that out to you!!! did you ever find the ones we took on your camera under the pier?
So, I am taking your advice and trying to comment on blogs more. I NEVER leave comments, but I read a ton of blogs. I'll let you know how it goes!
