Enough chat, we did these this morning and had a blast! It's really nice photoing other photographers, very often they know what to do, how to move and what to avoid doing! (note: this rule does not apply to me! haha)

Have you ever heard of the theory that you are connected by 7 degrees of seperation? Or is it 3 degrees...anyways, whenever I meet people through interesting ways I contemplate how much truth that theory contains. For instance, I actually got married at Anna Beth's home/wedding venue! That's right, they live in a beautiful plantation! If anybody is getting married in the Austin area and you are wanting a dreamlike atmosphere, the best wedding coordinator, and just pure perfection--you need to check out, The Plantation House. I did and loved every bit of it. :) 

Thanks girls for asking me to help capture your friendship! I wish people did these sessions more frequently...I had a blast getting to know you both :D.

On October 27th, the Angle Me Right workshop was made a reality!! Hosted by EE Photography (me) and Two Pair Photography (Chad & Tressie) at the magnificent Hotel Zaza in downtown Dallas. Where we talked, discussed, explained, and finally put into practice the hobby, occupation and art of photography. We explored a variety of subjects ranging from lighting, to workflow, packaging, and branding...if they asked about it, we talked about it :). And "they" consists of our magnificent attendants, four models, and one smashing hair stylist. More about them in a second. First some photos! 

Tressie is responsible for these amazing visual delights :)

We had four amazing models, and we split into groups to divide and conquer! I shot with Shelbi and we focused on harsh natural light with a flush white wedding gown while working on getting some sun flare and soft yumminess. It was the perfect weather for a shoot! Thank you Jesus :)

On a lighter/funny note, during our first rotation, I had the skilled knowledge of directing our group to a plot of grass packed with doggie poo... I don't know how it's possible for 7 people to get poop on their shoes, but believe us, it can and did happen!

Brittany is my new second shooter for weddings next season! She helped me out at Jamie and Darren's wedding and I cannot wait to do more with her. She is a sophomore at Abilene Christian University and is studying photography/graphic design. During our mini-fun shoot, I hogged the camera most of the time, that's why there are more pics of her :) (plus, do not to forget, I am queen at being painfully awkward in front of the camera!!)

Life has been so sweet recently, mainly because I am caught up on editing ALL WEDDINGS and SESSIONS!!!!!!! Like with these photos, I've been able to experiment, play around in photoshop, and make so many new fun textures! It's like photography's new all over again. 

My goal for the next two weeks, is to burn a million cd's, package, and mail everything. Then make an album every day AND stay up to date with my sessions as they come. YES or YES. Oh and pack. Did I mention we are moving????

It's official! We are moving to Ft. Worth!!!! More on that later :) 

So everyone, may I happily introduce Belinda, Matt and Bella :).

Above: In order for the guests to be seated, they had to walk down a sidewalk that was adjacent to the water...well, from my seat all you could see were moving heads! I don't know why I like this pic so much, but I do :D

Reception time!!!

Awesomeness must run in the family! These photos are for their Christmas card (which will be through The Event Messenger). I'll be sure to take photos of the finished product so everyone can see the beautifulness she creates! 

We started taking pics at their house in Arlington (the most beautiful trees!) then headed towards downtown Arlington (all the while, successfully dodging Cowboy's traffic). And check out their outfits, Gina did a FANTASTIC job coordinating, but not being matchy-matchy :).

My traffic story is humorous however--it was a motorcycle cop that pulled me over (which they are hard to spot in the first place). I was driving like a mad scientist, in and out of lanes...then realized the Zoo was three lanes to my left and I was in the far right lane....so never fear, I zipped across and realized I had one more lane to go...and then I saw the man in uniform behind me. I froze, guilty for all 200 traffic violations I just performed, missed my turn, and then proceeded to drive 10 mph under the speed limit (while hunkering down in my seat). The cop honked at me (probably for being an annoying idiot), flashed his lights a couple times, and then pulled me over. After my hasty explanation, he died laughing and handed back my license (he was probably surprised I was issued one with the exhibited non-sensical maneuvers!!) Oh well, thank God no ticket and thanks to Kylie and Trenton for not thinking I'm completely off my rocker :D

Back to Kylie and Trenton. They are AWESOME. I could have shown about 20 more photos, but had to cap it off at my absolute favorites. Kylie knew what she wanted, not many serious shots, just fun and more funness. I can handle that! 

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! You two are such a sweet pair, thanks for asking me to take your engagements.

Below: One of my new favorite photos of the love of my life. My husband is spectacular. That is an understatement--he is the absolute best person for me. Now I'm not saying our marriage is perfect, but as we work to make it better each day I learn how well we compliment each other. Bradley, I love you. Thanks for always making me laugh.
