Moses | Family

Yesterday afternoon, I got to photograph the cutest little girl (again)!! During the summer I got to photograph Shea, Tyler, and Anslee. Well, they wanted some fresh shots for their Christmas card! I think this time around Anslee felt either more comfortable with my big black camera clicking and it helped that Tyler's parents came to help out and to get some solid family photos :).

Thanks so much for making this session precious!

Above: I just love how she would stand on her tippy toes :D

Above: So precious!! I love finding random furniture :)

So beautiful :)

Thank you so much for asking me to do your photos! I hope you find some that will work splendidly for your Christmas card! And I hope yall are settling into your new home!

Jennifer + Zane | Portraits

I met Jennifer at the Abilene Bridal Extravaganza back in January. She was also a fellow photographer at a booth! Anyway, she recently moved from Lubbock to Abilene and now has an cute office downtown! About two months ago, my computer totally flipped out on me...beeping at me, freezing, not working, the whole nine yards...to compound the frustration, this was during the last bit of the crazy wedding season. Her husband, Zane, basically nursed my baby (macbook) back to health and told me how to actually get it fixed. Amen to friends and AppleCare :). To show my great and genuine appreciation I offered a session :D.

Enough chat, we did these this morning and had a blast! It's really nice photoing other photographers, very often they know what to do, how to move and what to avoid doing! (note: this rule does not apply to me! haha)

Above: This has such a Two Pair feel, right?? Tressie?

Above: Great example of what to wear! Bright colors, fun textures (ruffles, buttons, pockets :) and then a great coordinating outfit for Zane :)

YAY, thank you friends! Hope you find some you like :D.

PS. My computer is thanking you too :)
