Well the weather is not perfect condition for photos, but I think we are going to work with it. Since there is a 30% chance of rain...maybe we can get some amazing making-out in the rain shots. I started working out again, starting...today. haha. Then I have spent the rest of the day being lazy and editing some photos. Here's one of Kyle and Amanda. More photos to come :)
I've finished editing Alyssa's photos and here are some of the others :D I'm a little frustrated...the top photo I just re-edited and now it looks more vibrant, but nastily over saturated. HELP! The second photo I brightened Alyssa, so the colorful wall isn't the main focus. I think it looks much better!!
YAY. These turned out so great, but with such an amazing model, it's hard not to have some good ones. :) So thanks Alyssa!
My afternoon was amazing. Miss Brandi randomly decided to visit me!! So while Caroline and I took Alyssa's graduation photos we were all blessed with her sweet presence and assistance. Thanks Brandi!! Alyssa was so sincere and strikingly beautiful, so her photos were a blast to capture! And Caroline, I hope you are feeling better! Post some of your photos!
Here are some of my fav's:
Alyssa's boyfriend drove out and finished the session up with us. Such a cute couple :D Let me know what you think Alyssa!
I can't stop looking at our photos...in not a conceited way, but in a, "I'm so thrilled" way. As some of my friends can contest....it's really difficult taking photos of me, for I lack that Kathleen and Crystal ability to position oneself in an attractive position! So needless to say, a shoot is really painful with me. Enough said, here are some more I just finished editing! Tell me what you think :D
SOO, I think those are all my favorites! Thanks Shannon :D
I often require people to walk long distances, in high heels, crawl into dirty cramped locations, and make-out...a lot. So, being on the oposite end of this experience has very enlightening and has helped me realize how stressful and fun the whole process can be. Despite the dirty clothes and tons of photos to edit...I couldn't be happier with the photos!
One of my closest's friends, Shannon, took the photos and she did a phenominal job. Whenever I shoot a wedding she is always the first person I ask to help me out. SO, since our photographer for the wedding never responded to my email about taking our engagement photos....I asked the talented Shannon. And when I say talented, I wish you could see her... She masterfully juggled the two cameras and that is no easy feat...my new camera weighs about 5 lbs with the 70-200mm lens... ouch!
There were a few more that I haven't finished editing and I'll post them later. On Sunday, I'll be taking the first graduation photos of the season! So check back later for those.
Shannon and I happened to randomly find that basket! I have been really wanting to use a grocery cart for so long, so this was a wonderful start to the session.
"yummy" as Chantal says :D
This was my all time favorite, it feels so candid and fresh. I think Brad looks so good looking in this one! Are you really mine? :D
This is our model shot :)
That one is Brad's favorite. Great idea for climbing on top of that train!
Shannon told us to dance...so we did! After she recovered from laughing...she said no...ballroom dance!
....Brad's not too happy, he just flung off about 100 ants from his foot!!
I love this photo because I just realized we wrinkle our noses the same way...aww haha
I think that one is one of the more creative shots from the day! Way to go Shannon :D
I'll post some more later! Let me know what you think :)
