cameron + robby | engagements | austin wedding photographer

Cameron and Robby are amazing. They are so adventurous, fun, relaxed and honestly up to try anything. We met at Zilker Park near downtown Austin and got things going from there! The canoe was a rather spontaneous and free occurrence (thanks Austin rentals!!) and ended up being one of my favorite things of the session. Even though there were quite a few people in the water that had no idea how to steer and almost tipped over this beautiful couple, Robby's expert canoeing combined with their beautiful smiles and laughs made this a huge success.

This cute couple met through friends while attending University Texas at Austin. Cameron attended McCombs School of Business and majored in Marketing and Finance, and Robby studied Education and played for the University of Texas baseball team in 2004 and 2005. He was the starting second baseman and helped lead the Longhorns to the National Championship victory in 2005. Isn't that amazing?! He spent the last six years playing professional baseball, ending his career with the San Diego Padres AAA affiliate, the Tucson Padres, this past June.

This happy couple will be wed in Austin in late October and I cannot wait! It's going to be so beautiful :D.

natalie + corey | wedding | arlington wedding photographer

Well Natalie and Corey's big day was a huge success! The two were wed in a fantastically rural looking area of Arlington, Howell Family Farms, complete with a quaint historical home and refurbished barn. One was easily reminded of the movie "Field of Dreams," in part due to the immaculate baseball field on site! And I must say, Natalie and Corey put on quite a little celebration for young and old alike. After the ceremony (which had perfect lighting!), there was BBQ, cap guns, flying cowboy hats, dancing, cigars, a photo booth, a jolly jump, and a grand exit in a vintage car

Natalie and Corey are wonderful together, a perfect pair!! I hope the photos reflect at least a bit of that perfection. Enjoy! :)

W-O-W  :D

I am so excited to finally post these beauties!!!!!

Thank heaven that a picture is worth a thousand words, because words cannot express the amazing, scintillating, creative, and oh so inspiring wedding that is coming up!

Just so you know a bit about this pair, Shelby is a professional dancer and Daniel is starting his last year in medical school. Their ceremony and reception were both at the Four Seasons in Austin. The vows  took place outside under the trees and the reception followed indoors with tons of activities such as a face painter, caricature artist, balloon man, pic flip photo booth, professional dancers, and TWO choreographed mob dances :D. AMAZING!! I could hardly take photos fast enough to capture all the action, but that is a great problem for a photographer to have!

With that said about the wedding, multiply the amazingness times ten and you will barely begin to understand how fantastic this couple is. Shelby and Daniel are some of the nicest people I've ever met. And not just nice to guests, but to everyone at the wedding. They radiate love for one another and for people. The atmosphere of their wedding was just a testament to the genuine love everyone felt for this couple. It was one of the sweetest ceremonies I've ever witnessed, and though there were hundreds of people in attendance, it felt so intimate and warm.

Shelby had a very specific vision for her wedding that culminated into a masterpiece! They incorporated so many different elements (yarn, poppies, books, life sized shadow boxes), and the amazing team at Sweet Sunday helped so much to turn her dream into a reality.

This wedding was more than just a breathtaking site, it was a knock-your-socks-off kind of experience laced with love!

To see more from this spectacular pair, check out their engagement session.

camille + tyler | wedding | arlington wedding photographer

Camille and Tyler fill up any room they walk into with joy and happiness. I think every friend and family member at their wedding would agree that this pair is a happy match, in disposition, temperament and personality. Such a joy to photograph and quite the beautiful wedding to experience :D.

Camille and Tyler first met while attending Baylor University. Camille has recently graduated and Tyler as finished up his first year of law school. Such an exciting and eventful time!

They tied the knot at Camille's home church and then had their reception at the Sheraton in Arlingon, Texas. The reception venue was in a circular building outside the hotel, nestled amongst some trees and surrounded by water. It was so unique, and provided a great view for everyone since the room consisted of so many windows. At the end of the night while guests were outside getting ready with sparklers, Tyler and Camille had a private dance to themselves. So special!:D

Thank you both for such a beautiful night full of joy.
